It's really a cool process and the two technicians, Jason and Matt, worked hard, communicated very well, had a great sense of humor, and their teamwork was outstanding! Many companies have lost the art of Customer Service. PowerVac, LLC has not and in fact operates like a well oiled machine. Saved me $300 over the FaceBook ad. Highly recommend them!!!"

"These folks live up to their name. They came out within a few days of my call and set a few traps. Came back less than a week later and they had trapped 2 moles. I like that they don't use any poisons and their traps are safe for pets. I also like that they will stand behind their work and come out again if the problem comes back. The way I work is on a 30 day service, what that entails is I'll set traps and come by once a week to check on them. Once I catch the mole and I see no new activity I'll remove the traps and in that same 30 day period if there is any new activity the customer calls and I'll try and catch the next mole as well.
