"These folks live up to their name. They came out within a few days of my call and set a few traps. Came back less than a week later and they had trapped 2 moles. I like that they don't use any poisons and their traps are safe for pets. I also like that they will stand behind their work and come out again if the problem comes back. Will sing high praises for Mole Masters to anyone with moles terrorizing their yard."

"These guys were hired to get rid of mice in the house. 1st guy came out put one trap in crawl space under house, one in kitchen & a bigger rat trap in garage. 3 months later still nothing caught by them another gal came out set a couple more traps. Said she would not spray yard since we had a garden even though the 1st guy sprayed out there with the garden there. I was told they would inspect to find entry points and fix them which was never done. We caught several mice ourselves in catch & release traps and the cat even caught several in the back yard. Time for 3rd visit 6 months later so I called to cancel telling her they have did nothing in 6 months. So she informed me I would be receiving another bill for $100 for cancelling contract which I never signed. Very poor customer service here. If you can't do your job right why would I continue to pay you for nothing being done. Don't waste your money hiring these people because they had 6 months to prove themselves & didn't."
