"We joined Angie's List to find a Contractor to add a Master Bedroom Suite to our home. Then found out we had termites in the garage. I decided to check Angie's list for pest control and I'm so glad I did. A few years earlier, we hired the Orange Oil method to destroy the termites. They came back in the same location. I contacted We Care Pest Control and Sean came out. He was on time and explained that Fumigating the house would be our best option. He took the time to explain in detail to remove the food from the refrigerator or purchase bags to store food in. All open items need to go. You can keep canned and factory sealed bottles, etc. He walked through the house with me and pointed out what needed to be done. He was on very patient and polite. He responded to emails promptly. He even called PG&E with me to arrange for the gas to be turned back on after the house was fumigated. The day of fumigation the crew arrived when they said. According to the neighbors they were very professional and quick. We were informed we could return to our home about six hours sooner than originally told which was very nice. They live up to their name. They really do care!!! Let's face it, dealing with getting rid of critters is never pleasant, but it's nice to have a professional company help you with the task.

"This service is worth every penny even though pricey.  They did everything they said they would do and accommodated all my little requests.  They were professional, thorough and cleaned up after they were done.  The warranty is great too.  My attic smells great (for an attic yeah hard to believe) and I feel better knowing nothing will be getting in this winter since we heard scratching going on last winter.  They set traps as a precaution even though there is nothing active going on, so yes very thorough.  I would definitely recommend them for this service, as I could not believe this type of service was even out there.

"I hired a handyman to tighten up the house and close up the holes and areas of possible entry.  We also put out trays of poison pellets in other areas.  To my dismay, something ate up the pellets but never touched the Gring bait squares (!).  No more mice/rats but not due to Gring.

"I prayed that God would send us honest people to deal with subterranean termites swarming inside one of the rooms in our home last Friday and He did. I left my contact information with several companies and asked people I knew if they had any referrals I could call. No one knew of any referrals and I received about 5 call backs of which Miguel from Horizon was one of them. Some of the other companies were able to come out and check, but not until Monday or Tuesday of the following week. I spoke to Miguel and told him the situation. I was so grateful and relieved when Miguel said he would make time to stop by and check out the issue. I was overwhelmed with gratitude by Miguel’s care, concern, courtesy and honesty and I felt the price was very fair and reasonable for the work that needed to be done. I hired Miguel and his company to do the job the following Tuesday. They came as scheduled and completed the job, detailed just as we had contracted. They went above and beyond by removing wood debris that was left under our house from previous construction projects before we purchased the home. It is an understatement to say the we are extremely pleased with the service we received from Horizon Termite Control and highly recommend them for termite control issues.
