"WOW! Where do I begin? Dan and his team were amazing. We had a very specific idea for the floors in our new home construction and our builder told us it wasn't possible in our price point/a lot of work to find them and get the look we wanted. We found H & H Hardwood floor online and gave Dan a call. He was so knowledgeable, professional and informative. He was able to find us exactly what we were looking for with wide plank hardwood floors at an affordable price. Our builder really screwed up some timelines and made it super difficult on Dan to install the floors and finish the floors, but Dan was so accommodating and did his best to work around their terrible scheduling. He updated us at every turn, communicated incredibly effectively and gave us the most outstanding floors that were exactly our vision. On top of that, he was prompt and stuck to his timelines perfectly. Basically, this company is a gem and you should not hesitate to hire them! We are forever grateful for H & H and will recommend them eternally."

"Prospect Hardwood Flooring just completed installing 3/4 inch Oak wood floors at my house. The crew had to move heavy furniture, remove the rugs and padding, and remove tack strips. They carefully listened for areas where the subfloor squeaked when stepped on, then screwed those areas to stop the floor from squeaking. The installation from start to finish was flawless from my perspective. All joints are tight. Of particular note is the cove molding. The Miter joints are perfect, and I can't tell where the nails were placed. Cleanup was immaculate too. I've seen the negative reviews here, and I respect the opinions of the people who posted them. Clearly something happened when their jobs were done. When Mike came to my house to give me an estimate, I grilled him on those negative posts. I wanted to hear what he had to say. As one would imagine, there are always two sides to every story. If you are considering hardwood floors, you really need to get an estimate from Mike, and discuss any concerns you have. I'm so glad I did. The floors look amazing."

They were patient and professional, gave us a competitive price, had a ton of wood flooring options to choose from, and installed beautiful oak and walnut floors in several rooms of our new house. I recommend going into their store to look at the selection rather than just browsing online, because they have more samples there and it's easier to see the true color of the wood in person. District Floors Depot was also flexible when there was an unforeseen power outage at our residence, and was able to reschedule us and complete the work quickly in time for our moving date. Finally, they did a really good job cleaning up and the place was gleaming and spotless after they were done. I highly recommend them!"

"Outstanding. Marcin came to the house right away and gave us an estimate. Once the insurance company paid the damage claim, we got scheduled in a week and work started right on time. He had the right sized crew of four who were able to get everything done from moving big furniture around, stripping the old flooring out and installing the new hardwood floor. The floor is beautiful and perfectly installed. They had taken photos of each room so they knew exactly where to put everything back. They finished up by giving the whole floor a good cleaning up. "A year ago, we had William refinish our floors; he did a great job-- also on painting! Sadly, during the year a dog became in ill an unbeknownst to us had accidents on a rug covering the newly done floors- the moisture seeped into the wood; it needed to be repaired. William did the repair for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, initially the repair didn't look good- I contacted William. He came back and agreed that it didn't come out as he'd hoped (he'd had to replace boards, re-stain and varnish the area). He came back again, re-did the work for no additional fee and it looks GORGEOUS. He showed great integrity and commitment to quality- his disappointment in the original repair was evident on his face. He is not always super quick to get back to you- but I found him to be responsive to polite persistence. He is now my "floor guy"-- we're moving and he'll be the person I call for any flooring related needs."

"I hired Sam to replace the wooden posts and concrete footers supporting my deck and sun room. The job required placing temporary supports under the structures, pouring new concrete footers that came above the dirt line, and installing new wooden posts. I found Sam to be straightforward and honest in explaining what the job technically required, the costs of the work, and what the county would require for permitting. In addition, I encountered unresolved permit issues from the previous homeowner. These issues were unrelated to Sam, but the county refused to issue a permit and this delayed the work. Sam was very patient as I resolved those issues with the county. He even gave me advice on what I could expect from the county as I fixed the issues. Once Sam and his team started work, he made sure I understood the work as they went along. He answered any questions that I had; he explained problems his team found and how they would resolve them to adhere close to the estimate and abide by regulations. In short, Sam is a true professional and I enjoyed working with him. Iâ m very happy with the work his team completed and now I have confidence that my sun room and deck are properly supported for years to come."
