"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

We took the leap and decided to take out an old whirlpool garden tub and replace it with a walk-in shower. Payments options were many and easy. Sure we could have DIY but with an older home who knows what you would find and who needs the headache of unreliable sub-contractors and a botched job. "Eli and Dwayne from Windows Plus did a great job with our shower install. Arrived on time (9:00A), finished about 4:30P. The water was turned off about two hours, no inconvenience. They left the house clean and gave thorough instructions on what to do for the next 24 hours, the maintenance and cleaning products to avoid. I asked questions which were answered promptly. The materials were as detailed when purchased. The plywood was marine grade. They did an excellent caulking job, very professional."

"They can in 6/12 and 6/13/2024 to install the new shower. He notice it was wrong size door.. They hung a shower curtain so I could use shower. I havenâ t use the shower waiting for door install, as of 6/20/24 has not be fined. Guess Iâ m going to call them."
