Small jobs welcome

"HBP electrical came out the same day I called and gave me a great quote on the project and I accepted it immediately, they came out the very next morning and ran electrical to my 15x20 shed with 30amp, 8 outlets on the walls and an overhead light with light switch by the door, ran it to the breaker box inside my house and had it all done in 5 hours I don’t see how they did it so fast but I was amazed 🙌 from the time I called them one day to the time they were finished with the project the next day was 17 hours. highly recommended A+"

"Justin was very professional and was on time to my house for the work in my kitchen. He did a great job and listened to my concerns and questions and was great at explaining his work. He was fast and clean and made everything to code. I cant say enough about how well this small kitchen rewire was done. His price was fair and I definitely feel my money went to the right company. The work performed was in a timely manner and i didnt have to guess with what was done. Everything I asked to be completed or wanted done was addressed with a high level of professionalism. I had a good time with Justin and his work shows he cares about his customers. I felt like all my concerns and questions were answered. If you are looking for quality electrical work then you should do yourself a favor and contact Justin today. He is now my go to electrician for all my work in my home. "

FAQs for electrical for home addition or remodel installation projects in Florence, AL

There are several telltale signs that your home is due for an electrical upgrade. You may need to rewire your house if your lights are constantly flickering or your circuit breaker keeps tripping. If you feel mild electric shocks when you touch light switches, hear buzzing sounds, or notice burning smells, you may need to rewire your house, too. Discolored or burnt-looking switches and faceplates are another crucial warning sign.

Properly installed copper wiring in a residential property can last as long as 50 to 100 years in some cases, but many homes over 30 years old are due for an upgrade. That’s the timeline that many experts recommend, even if it is only a partial update to accommodate technological advancements, increased power demands, and changing safety requirements.

At $3 to $5 per square foot, the cost to wire a 2,000-square-foot house ranges from $6,000 to $10,000, on average. This can depend on many factors, like the age and complexity of the house and how easy it is for contractors to access the areas they need to get the job done. Opening and repairing walls can further add to your total cost.
