After the repairs were he explained that the fridge needed a new interior light bulb and that he didn’t have one but said that he he would bring one back first thing in the morning. True to his word he was back with one in the morning and he checked the fridge to make sure it was working properly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Mr McKinney for any future appliance repairs that I might encounter in the future Update "

"Mr Rigdon is very professional and punctual. I called him Friday morning 5/2/14 and told him the issue. He said he might could fit me in that afternoon and that he would call. He did call and I met him that afternoon at my house. He was very pleasant and professional looking. I showed him to the refrigerator and he went right to work. He gave me an estimate before starting and it was right on target with what I thought it would be. He took out the food trays/shelves in the freezer, disassembled the freezer tray/shelve holders/guides on the inside walls and then the back panel. He had all the tools he needed. He thawed out the frozen drain (there was ice), poured a little Clorox down it, reassembled the freezer guides, and put the trays and food back in...all within about 30 minutes. He mentioned that his work is guaranteed. He then created me a bill, I gave him the check and...done. He's a very nice guy. <br /> I would definitely use him again for any appliance repair. It's a good feeling to have confidence in someone like this. I'm keeping his number close. <br />"
