"This is the worst service I have ever had in my life. The contract that I signed says Hawx pest control company covers 200 insects. They were running a promo for $49 promo for the 1st visit and $50 per month for 11 months (approximately $600). After the first visit, he told me that he didn't cover a German roaches and I would have to pay an extra $800 on top of what I had already agreed to pay--even though roaches were included in the original contract. His name is Chris and he is a manager for Hawx pest control. He wouldn't compromise or help at all. He just said he would refund my money and walked out. "

"This company is great. Super responsive - received a quote quickly and project was completely done less than a week after receiving the quote. Price was reasonable. "Overall process was great. I reached out and had a response within the hour. I called and explained what I needed. No sales pitch, just great service. Had me scheduled for the same day. Raul came out, removed the two animals and did a review of the house with suggestions to help seal and prevent. Very good service all around and fair pricing. I would call these folks again if I have another issue. Highly recommend them."
