I can’t remember the last time I hired someone to do work for me, that actually completed it with the quality and craftsmanship they promised up front! Now I can, Mr. Chris Odell seems to one of the very few who does what he says, when he says. And we were completely satisfied with everything he’s done for us so far. He is fair, honest, and dependable. We actually had an issue a couple weeks later, that had to do with the hardware that was used, and not his work specifically. Upon notifying him, he immediately made an appointment that was convenient for us, and came out made the repairs, (took about 10mins) and he refused payment, I would have paid him something for his time, because the fault wasn’t his. Highly Recommend!"

They contacted our insurance company, filed all the necessary paperwork, met with the adjustor and then completed the work. We were shown several samples but they were not exactly what we wanted. They kept finding samples for us to view until we found one we liked. They never rushed us, or pressured us in anyway. They were very responsive to our needs and treated us with up most respect and professionalism. The crew was very professional and efficient. "Christopher and his team did an exceptional job! He replaced my centipede sod with Bermuda and Zoysia sod. He and his team worked fast but were careful not to damage my irrigation system. I had my driveway painted and he was extra careful not to damage the driveway with his equipment. His pricing was competitive and very reasonable. He has followed up with me several times to ensure my satisfaction with the work he did. This is a young entrepreneur that has a wonderful work ethic and commitment to quality work. "<p>The replacement of top boards look good. Did not paint all that was replaced. One section was left. It could have been an oversight.</p> <p>The top deck was only painted were a stand up and push brush would reach. He did not use a hand brush to finish the edges.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>He did not paint between the cracks{ you don't walk on crack was his reply} It looks bad. I have had my nephew{11} start to finish it. He was here a total of about 61/2-7 hours. He did not furnish the materials or paint. He did use his own nails to replace 4 bad boards. $625.00 seems high. </p> <p>He was due to arrive on April 21. He called at 11am to tell me he had to take his dog to. the vet. The next day he arrived at 11am to tell me he has too much work to do and that he would return the next day.</p> <p>On the 23 he arrived at 8am . I had an appointment he said that was OK that he would be there . I called my mother about 2:30.
