"I employed Carlos and his team do a complete renovation for me. Carlos was a great salesman and sold me his bungalow package that was an all inclusive price for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. This price was originally very competitive with others and I was told it included all labor, materials and I could choose from any items from his preferred vendors. His original estimate for construction was 2 months. While Carlos subs did a good job, the job took over 5 months, with multiple items taking even longer, it cost approximately 15K more than expected as I was informed that several things I wanted we’re not included in the all in one price, and communication between Carlos, myself and the team was poor where often scheduled times were not met. Lastly I had personal items in my home that were stored in a separate room that was not being renovated that were unexplainably disposed of by his crew. When the workers had to come again to do touch up work they got paint on my couch."

Mike did all the interior work as well as replacing my outdoor balcony and stairs. He did an excellent job! I am very picky and notice every detail too so am very pleased with their work and the outcome and would highly recommend Curtis Allen Designs."

They accomplished this with a high degree of workmanship, arrived and completed the work on time, and were friendly and courteous throughout. They showed themselves to be real pros when they returned to repair damage to their work caused by the carpet installers under a separate contract, without charge.
