Manuel performed the inspection and showed us (via photos) all of the areas that had issues. He completed the estimate within a couple of days. The crew showed up when they said they would. They worked their butts off and completed the job within the time frame that was quoted to us. They cleaned up every day at the end of their work day and did an awesome job on the roof. The final payment was a bit more than the original quote, but was not a surprise due to the effective communication of the company. There are some items that cannot be finalized until all of the underlayment had been pulled off.
