I decided to go with this company because of their practice, which are pet friendly. "We have an unusual house made of spancrete - which makes it great for stability but horrible for controlling bugs. Think caves for bugs. He came out said he wan't sure he could help us but that he would try. It has helped TONS!!! <br /> The house centipedes were so big I even named some and walked them with the dogs. Havesn't seen a live one since! YEAH!!!! <br /> The spider were so numerous I got sick of taking off my shoe to kill them and just started using my hand...yeah GROSS. "We had some ants crawling on our walls, so we put some traps down and figured that would take care of it. A few days later, it was out of control with ants crawling around in my kitchen cabinets. I freaked out and started calling people from Angie's list at 8:30 pm on a Sunday. Wayne answered and talked to me for a while. He showed up the next morning and even called his son in to help pry an old, ornery air conditioner out of the wall so he could spray really well. He was fast, efficient and really nice. Would definitely recommend and use again! <br />"

"<p>We were having major problems with ants in our house this winter!  It was focused in the kitchen/dining room area, however they were seen in other areas on the first floor and in the basement. </p> <p>I called numerous Pest Control company's to ask why ants were in our house in the winter, and what could be done about it. Of the approximately 5 company's that I called, Plunkett's was the only one that seemed even remotely interested in doing the work. They explained that they could send someone out to spray, which would take care of the ant problem temporarily. However, they suggested that we have them come again in the spring to spray the perimeter of the house, and do a full inspection of the problem. I made the arrangements for the temporary spraying to get rid of the ants in the house.</p> <p>Bernie showed up on time, and looking and acting like a professional. He explained what was going on thoroughly and answered all of our questions. He advised us that the spray he was applying would be taken back to the nest by the ants and eventually they would be eliminated. He also answered all our questions regarding toxicity to humans, etc...</p> <p>He also advised a return appointment in the spring for a thorough inspection of the extent of the problem and spraying on the outside perimeter of the home.</p> <p>I called and made that appointment today, and specifically requested Bernie return as our Pest Control Professional.</p> <p>All in all, we are very satisfied with the service, price and professionalism of Plunketts (Brainerd, MN).</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"Went well ..although attempts to contact the service provider when the critters intially returned were unsuccessful It appears that the intial attempts to force them to leave was successful however animals returned to remove food store or babies"
