"Cleared the drain and replaced the bolts"

"NYC Plumbing, Heating, and Drain Cleaning was hired to clear a main drain blockage. They responded quickly and gave me a reasonable quote. They arrived in a timely manner and resolved the problem within a few minutes. I was informed of the issue and was told that the main drain was snaked out both going into the home and out to the street. I highly recommend them for any drain blockage work you may need."

"As always, it went very well. A message left with the home office was answered quickly and an appointment made to review various options. The sink was put on order and the job was completed in less than 1 week. Tim was polite, professional, precise with both the measurements and the installation of the new sink and willingly explained each step in the process. Mako has been my go-to plumbing company for many years. I have always been happy with both their professionalism and quality of work. I have referred several friends all of whom have been equally pleased with their work and would not hesitate to recommend to others."

"They proved to be the best of the best. Very professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and hard working. We loved them, are very impressed with them and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Exceptional work. The job entailed replacing the bathroom vanity. While some others from this list either quoted a price for the work over the phone without even seeing the job, only one other contractor came and provided a quote. However Elite Piping was significantly different, as they pointed out that due to age, there may be problems with the pipes leading to the sink and the job could be move complicated, which it turned out to be. We told them we had picked out a vanity, but upon removal of the old unit, they told us that the one we chose would not be practical and suggested anther style.. They even took us to the supplier, picked up and delivered the new vanity and necessary accessories. No one has ever done that. They finished the job same day. By what they did , the ended up saving us a lot of money."

"Barbara was phenomenal. A true professional dedicated to her craft and excellent customer service. We had a custom toilet that stopped working, and a leaky faucet in the same bathroom. She reached out right away after requesting a quote through Angi, and she came the same day. At first she told us that the toilet required a part she’d have to order, and after fiddling with the faucet, recommended the 15 year-old fixture be replaced. I offered to purchase it from Home Depot or Lowe’s she agreed to come back to replace the old one and install it in 3 days. After she left, she called me back and asked if she can return because she figured out how she could try to fix the toilet with existing parts she had in her truck. She did it. The toilet is functioning better than it did before the problems began! She then returned 3 days later as promised to replace the bathroom faucet, a complicated project because of the cabinet structure that she stuck with and skillfully completed. On a personal note. We bonded once I asked about the name of the company, which her father, who founded the company, named after his Navy ship. My dad also served in the Navy. Barbara kept me regularly posted about when she’d arrive and the progress of the work. She was true to her word. I’d gladly paid her for her excellent work."

"Project: Installed a new sump pump in a timely manner."

"Had my water valve in the bathroom completed by Jimmy’s company — solid workmanship, clean results, and smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommend."

"Egli Plumbing was available on short notice and able to solve the problem with our sump pump with ease. They also helped to repair 2 of my toilets the next day. Would definitely recommend for any plumbing needs!"

"Ackeno of HSM installed a Navien NCB 240/130H and some filters, valves, etc as part of the install Every thing was great with the install and has been working great since. Communication was good and he did everything he agreed to, for the price agreed, and in the timing agreed. I have already hired him for other jobs and referred him to friends. Ackeno is my go to for all plumbing jobs"

"When I initially met Matty, I quickly knew he was the right installer for my project. He reviewed my current system and recommended a solution that would work well without breaking the bank. I had envisioned a similar type of installation and his reasoning was concise and spot on! It got even better during the install. Matty and his team showed up and quickly got to work removing the old outdated boiler. Then, Matty showed his true brilliance. He took the time to lay out and visualize the new install before any work began. The work progressed quickly in a systemic fashion. You could tell that Matty and his team had many years of experience doing these installs. The final product far exceeded my expectations. The new boiler and indirect hot water tank are so much more efficient and work great. If you want an honest installer with years of experience to boot then Matty from On Time Piping and Heating is the perfect contractor for you too. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing and heating needs."
