"Affordable Pest, LLC was quick to respond and set up the initial appointment. The exterminator was very pleasant. Listened to our concerns and communicated clearly. He always calls prior to his arrival and meets the scheduled time. This was my first experience with bed bugs. After 5 treatments, we still have bed bugs. As I have repeatedly contacted customer service to let them know that the bed bugs have not been eradicated, they have become less responsive. The scheduling has been more difficult. They change the scheduled appointments without contacting me first. The last time I contacted them, I once again explained that I was still experiencing bites and signs of bed bugs, the person I talked to told me that it could not be bed bugs. Same bites, same signs after 7 weeks. I was insulted as I know what the bites look like and these are the same. I paid for a 6 month contract. It was expensive, but I am glad I chose to do it since it is still an ongoing problem. The company name of Affordable Pest is misleading as I thought they were a bit high priced. As of this review, I am still having sleepless nights and finding new bites daily."

"I've been a regular customer of Matt's for several years now. He sprays the outside perimeter of my house once a month and inside twice a year. His service has been awesome! He always tries to spray outside with the weather in mind. He is very knowledgeable about the pests and the chemicals he uses. And the chemicals he uses seem to target the pests without harming the other wildlife which is important to me. I would recommend Matt and APC for any of your exterminator needs."

David was very professional and thoughtful in explaining to me the chemicals that Pest Now uses for insect control. He explained where and why he was spraying. He pointed out a problem area for carpenter bees and suggested a solution. Pest Now offered a quarterly service agreement on Angie's list that we purchased.
