"Spencer, Caleb and Hunter did a fine sump pump installation."

"Major Drain was very professional and came out promptly they next morning to assist us in cleaning our drain after a home inspection was performed and buyers requested it. Their pricing is very fair and found after shopping around they could not be beat. I would recommend them to anyone and if something ever arises from our new home they will be the first company I call."

"We had John Henry /Ian install a water softener. Ian was great. He explained everything and answered all of our questions and concerns. We would recommend John Henry to anyone."

"Nature's Helper was very responsive from the very beginning. Receive another bid from one of the other larger companies town, and there was zero followup from other the other company, clearly didn't really want this job. Not Natures' Helper, followed up just as Jeremy said he wound and was able to get the install scheduled sooner than I was expecting. The install crew (both the plumber and sprinkler) were awesome, and they were able to get the job done without needing to cut any access openings in my just recently finished basement, a huge plus!!! Absolutely love the sprinkler system, not sure why I've waited until I'm almost 50 to enjoy the conveniences of having one. Also upgraded to include the rain sensor (a definite plus) and also the wireless remote option (a even bigger plus), being able to control via the app on my phone, very nice. I would definitely recommend Nature's Helper to anyone, whether needing a fresh sprinkler install or just needing some existing system maintenance."

"Great!! Provider was professional, super nice and considerate. I would hire him again for any future plumbing need."

"Excellent!! Best water filtration system available!!"

"Arrived exactly as planned. Worked continuously until the job was completely done. Layed down tarps to catch debris. Extremely accommodating and professional. Did a wonderful job from start to finish. Love, love, love my new tub & surrounding area! Beautiful job done. I have no complaints whatsoever."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
