"They are a truly competent and honest business. They live up to the 'Veteran Owned' brand. I will use them for all my rodent/pest control needs"

"Wow! I love this company! If I could rate 10 star on a 5 star rating I would. It was time for me to shop around for a new pest control company as my old one kept raising my rates and changing my service technician. After using Angie's list and contacting only A rated companies, I easily selected Metro Pest. When I called and inquired about their services, co-owner, Michael, was extremely professional, explained all their processes and took my concerns very seriously. His follow up has been exceptional. On the day of my first service treatment, the technician, Mike, was fantastic. He was courteous, polite and extremely professional. As I gave him a tour of my home and explained areas where in the past I had had a bug or ant problem, he made a note to always double check these areas. As he treated, the inside and outside, he was very thorough and checked all plumbing and "weep" holes to make sure I had no further problems. The biggest surprise was when he came down from my attic and told me that while I had no pest problems up there, I did have a problem with my air conditioner and that there was water in the overflow pan. He took me over the my unit outside and showed me the excess run-off. I called the AC company and thankfully my problem got fixed. Mike saved my hundreds of dollars in AC and ceiling repairs that would have occurred without him pointing out the problem. He didn't have to go the extra mile, but he did it and I could tell it was just his normal way. But for me, it made me realize how much extra I was getting from this small business that truly puts their customers and their homes first. I highly recommend that others check them out. You won't be disappointed. I hope that Metro will recognize Mike for his above and beyond customer service. Thank you."

"I contacted B3 Pest because I had raccoons in my chimney. They were prompt and very thorough. Solved our problem! I would definitely use them again. Professional and reasonable!"

"Spoke with the pricing specialist. He was very helpful and articulate. He has arranged for a technician to come to our home to access the situation and begin treatment for rodent control."

"This company deserves rave reviews on customer service both on the phone and in person. It took some time to get rid of my rodent problem. They came when they said they would, made repairs to cover entry points, and I have a year guarantee for any future problem. Owner Christy was never rushed when I called, Beau took time to explain the process. Young man that did repairs/hole covers, etc (sorry I don't remember your name) was so polite and professional. If you have a problem, give them a call"

"Tim came to our home many times checking traps and removing rats. He was faithful to be there when he was needed and when he said he'd be there! Great Job! So we hired him for our regular pest control needs!"

"Samuel Schulman was my technician today and went above and beyond making sure everything was taken care of even a couple wasp nests"

"He was very professional and prompt. He was able to remove the rodents from my attic, sealed everything and I haven't had any issues since with critters getting back in. Highly recommend!"

"Axiom has always done a nice job with controlling ants and spiders. Any time we have had any issues they come back out for free. Quick and friendly."

"Very responsive! Ken immediately spent time examining my lawn and pointing out his recommendations for insect control, fertilization and irrigation. Very professional and helpful initial meeting, and timely follow-up. A little more expensive than what I expected, but if this is effective it's worth it. I guess time will tell if I see improvement, but I certainly welcome Ken's attention and professionalism! I certainly appreciate Village Green's attention, follow-up and customer communication."
