"Tom built a roughly 500 sqft deck for us using Azek. About half of the deck is rectangle screened porch. The other half is slightly irregular deck. They are pretty high off the ground as shown in the picture and the stairs also curve back to the side of the house to save space. Tom and team did a great job. I get a lot of compliments from friends and neighbors I waited almost two year to write the review to make sure the build quality stands up to time and it did!"

Once we signed the contract the work was scheduled without any delays. The porch posts were replaced with care and the job was done to our liking. We very much appreciate the work done by Jim’s team. "The team Fence & Deck sent to install a fence in my backyard—an area measuring about 1/6th of an acre—were quick, efficient, and friendly. The first team member showed up just before 7:30 to start dismantling the old fence. By 8 AM, the rest of the team was hard at work. It was a quieter process than I thought, to be honest—which was great, as my neighbors work from home. They were finished by 2 PM; had cleaned up, packed up the old fence and their equipment and were gone. There were issues with installing the new fence: trees had grown into the fence path, most of them belonging to the neighbors. The team presented me with possible solutions at each point, so I could get the fence I wanted—or as close as was possible given the obstacles. It was a very low-stress construction day, and we—and our neighbors—really like the results."

"This company actually listened to what I wanted. We had a 40 year-old upper and lower outside deck that structurally was sound. If I were to replace these decks as suggested by several companies, my guess is it would have cost $35,000. This company assessed my decks from a structural standpoint and determined that they could rehab the deck with long lasting materials and my deck would be something I would be proud of. I am and they did the work in a week and a half at about one third of the cost of building a new deck. I highly recommend them."

"We built a brand new deck on the back of our house, replacing the original deck. Deck Builders did a great job from the minute I called them to when they completed the work. Randy was very collaborative and responsive as we refined our requirements and specifications. Once we committed, Deck Builders helped us with the County permits and our HOA submission. The two person crew, Baldemar and Miguel, were phenomenal. They worked incredibly hard in very hot conditions and always answered our questions and inquiries as they were doing their work. "The job went great. They came out removed the old deck flooring, stairs and nails. During the project they kept the site clean of debris, nails and trash. They put down new deck flooring, provided deck trap door for water faucet access, new stairs, sanded off writing on lumber and added rail for the stairs (concrete posts for stability). They waited to stain the deck after wood had been exposed to elements and dried. The team let us know when they were coming to do work and what to expect. Their cost was reasonable and they were not like other companies that just wanted to sell and do things that were not necessary."
