"Mac and Carl both worked on the pipe in my front yard. I had a leak that has been there for years. Got several quotes from several people all saying it was a huge job that would cost thousands of dollars. I called Two Brothers Plumbing for a quote after reading some rave reviews on Home Advisor. I was not disappointed. They came out the very next morning (at no charge, free quote….AMAZING!…because that is evidently not common). They examined my water line and were confident they could fix the problem easily enough. They had come in a Friday to diagnose the problem but contacted me on Sunday to set a time to come out the following day and got right to work. The existing pipe line, water spigot and valves needed updating in order to fix the leak. They fixed the issues and replaced the old parts. And they were AFFORDABLE. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were kind, thorough and professional. They were able to diagnose and explain the problem to me and fix it. They were quick to make an appointment and get the job done. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing assistance."

He knew that we were senior citizens, so he found an economical yet classy toilet that met the requirements I asked for. He was quick with the installation and left the area cleaner than he found it. He was very friendly and courteous. I enjoyed talking with him, as I had worked for a plumber in my younger days and had done all the bathroom needs up until 5 years ago. "The 800 number was promptly answered at 8:30 pm and the person who took the call gave me a planned plumbing service time that fit my schedule the next day. A call from the dispatcher provided me with a heads-up when the technician was on his way from the previous job a few miles away - right in the middle of the scheduled time window. The technician was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, clean/tidy, competent and professional.  Everything went as well as it could have given that one of my kids had broken the dispose-all by putting metal objects down the sink.

"Let start by saying WOW!!! Great job 5 Star Plumbing. I needed to replace my 50 gal water heater the other day. I called other company's to get estimates for replacing my water heater. What I thought was going to be an easy job, they gave me a price that was outrageous. It seemed like they didn't want to do the work. When he took my case, I knew I can put my plumbing problem behind my back because he is that good. He thoroughly examed the pipe under the shower pan and found the problem was incorrect caulking of the shower fixtures. He showed me how to fix the problem by myself.
