He described the services the company performs and indicated they do not seek contracts (like so many companies do). I was able to set up a nest day appointment. The technician arrived promptly and confirmed the details of the appointment. He was thorough and professional. He treated the inside and perimeter of the house, and spread granular product on the lawn. He also removed spider webs and wasp nests on the soffits, and checked the attic for any sign of unwelcome visitors. I am happy with the service and would recommend this company."

"My experience with Prize Pest Control has been great so far. The woman I spoke with to set up the service was very helpful and answered all of my questions. They were able to come out next day and treat my home. Adrian arrived on time and he was very knowledgeable. He was very respectful and did a good job of helping me understand the whole process of treating my home. The treatment was two days ago so as for now my 5 star rating is for the customer service that i’ve received so far, not for the treatment because it is too soon to tell. But I have not seen any more pests yet so that’s a good sign. Thanks Adrian and Prize Pest Control!"

"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."
