"I am on a well water system. I was replacing dirty brown filters once a month and have never been happy with my original softening/filtration system's performance. I then experienced a water heater problem and my regular Plumber could not get to me for several days. My Plumber gave me Barr Plumbing's phone number, and I gave them a call. Debby gave me a prompt return call with an appointment time to meet up with her licensed Plumber husband Barry. I met up with Barry, we discussed what I have and what I am looking for. Both Barry and Debby have great knowledge to share and I was educated in various systems that would solve my problems. I had Barr Plumbing install a new water softener and Iron Shield Max (mineral removal / peroxide injection system) based on their recommendations. So far, so good! Water is coming out crystal clear, and from what I can see, this system is super low maintenance. There is even an App that gives me water usage warning and reports and alerts me if any problems are detected. I am so happy with this system and with Debby and Barry's services provided. "We obtained the plumber's name and phone number from our real estate agent, Mr. Matt Ridgeway of Charles Town, WV.  All About Plumbing had a plumber here within 1 hour.  Bear in mind, please, that this call was at 6:30 P.M. on a Sunday night.  The gentleman immdediately went to our home's clean-out plug and "snaked" a tool to eventually retain and remove the obstruction.  This was accomplished in 30 minutes.  He instructed us to keep flushing toilets and let the faucets run for several moments to flush the line.  The gentleman was courteous, professional and most re-assuring.  We'd only moved into our new WV house in mid-December and, while this unexpected emergency was disheartening, our experience with All About Plumbing was stellar.  We will use them for their service whenever an occasion arises.  We whole-heartedly recommend this company to any and all.
