"Alan explained the problem, checking for entrance and exits of critters. He got rid of the problem which took him returning several times to check on traps and remove any visitors. Once there were no signs of critters, he plugged all holes. We have not had any more visitors in the attic. He also sprayed around the house and yard for mosquitoes, etc. I would highly recommend Integrity Pest Control......the name well suits the company, a family owned business."

Attiic and roof, identified the access hole they were using and ensured that the attic was vacant of any critters. Dennis identified that we had feral cats making a home in our attic and roof. He closed up that access hole with wire and shingles so they could not get back in. Dennis also surveyed the rest of the roof to determine if we had any other access points. Thankfully none. Dennis did find two kittens hiding in a shady corner of a roof dormer. Dennis captured both kittens carefully and humanely. "The service turned out perfect. I have been using Terminix since '74. I would not do it without Terminix. If I need them in between the 3 months, they will come out, and there will be a cost. They take care of everything I have got, the garage, house, mosquitoes, all of it. If it not perfect, they fix it. I haven't checked the prices with other insect control, but I think they are in the ball park with everybody else. I don't change them every month, so they are keeping up with what is wrong or right here. They call me before hand, and they call me on the day of the service when they will be here. Instead of saying they will be here between 10 to 12, they call and say they will be here in 10 to 15 minutes. "

They are extremely professional and punctual. They do an excellent job, and we have just been very pleased with them. The quarterly bill is around $85 for pest control. We are billed $100 a year for termites. We were treated for termites and now they just come back and inspect as per the warranty. We lived kind of close to a lot of countryside, and we have had problems with rats. They have also dealt with that. The people who come out to do the work have been wonderful."
