I filled out a form online and before I could go to the next company, CCX called me. We made an appointment for Alex to come out to inspect the roof. I had planned on checking with three companies but after meeting with Alex, I decided to go with CCX. Alex came out and verbally gave me his resume’ which helped when he was able to point out what the adjustor didn’t see and he communicated with my insurance to get what we really needed.
