Formal complaint filed and id getting escalated tomorrow after waiting around for hours again today as they are ?on the way?. LOOK at this roof replacement they did AND the ?repairs? have only caused more damage to my home. DO NOT RISK YOUR HOMES STRUCTURE BEING DAMAGED BY THIS COMPANY!!! They slapped wood on top of the metal to fix how bad that was and that made things worse??. "

I had to contact the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) to get them to fix their shoddy work, then they demanded I withdraw my complaint for them to come back and fix the problems they created! The ROC investigates contractors, such as ECO, who do not perform work in a professional and workmanlike manner. The ROC assesses civil penalties and can suspend or revoke licenses. The ROC state agency told them to fix their work, including an IMPROPERLY INSTALLED a bent and damaged Gas B-vent pipe, which is needed for safe furnace operation. A bad gas B-vent can be very dangerous as it can lead to CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING by allowing combustion gases to LEAK INTO YOUR HOME instead of being properly exhausted outdoors. They were also told to fix their improperly applied mortar which was cracking and crumbling, and to haul away roofing items they previously refused to take away. SEE THE PICTURES OF THEIR WORK. "Armored Roofing of Sun City underestimated my roofing job by 48 percent then started the process of placing a lien on my house a week after the job was finished when we protested . they never contacted me about the added expense during the job. I couldnt get an answer from anyone I talked to during the job. I paid the bill under duress under threat of a lien. The estimate was 11700 , the final bill came in at over 17000. I am in my 70s in poor health . I am having a hard time with this, Update, I received a letter today of notice of a lien."
