"WOW, GREAT JOB, I fond Richland Pest Control on Angie’s list when I needed to get a bee nest removed from my mother in law’s house and they were great. Mary answered the phone when I called, and she quickly got back to me with a price estimate. When Joel came to do the work he came on time and was professional, courteous and friendly. I would unquestionable higher them again. Thank you, Richland Pest Control."

"They did the inspection to confirm the problem. They installed screening and escape funnels, and returned to inspect the results. Apparently the problem was solved; I say "apparently", since we removed the only bat we ever saw, and we never heard evidence of any other bats. The cost seems a little high for the actual work done."

"We had mice that loved our attic. I called Advanced and they came within two days. They placed what they call RTUs throughout the attic, as well as a few in the garage and basement. They looked around those same areas for signs of mice. They found some, mostly in the attic. Because we have a dog they left information regarding the chemical in the RTUs just in case our dog ingested any and we needed to take him to the vet. They told us to give it three weeks and if we still heard the mice we were to call them. We did still hear the mice after three weeks. We called and they came out again within about two days. They reapplied the treatment at no additional cost. Since then we have not heard any more mice. <br />"

"Very professional. Jeff knows his business and knows all of the habits of the creatures involved in pest control and wildlife management. A very personable young man, and not afraid to go under houses, porches, to where the critters might be gathering. He knowingly performs a task that many people need the services of, but would never do themselves. He works long hours as many of these are creatures of the night. He impressed me with his knowledge of all animals. A true professional and very easy to work with. His installation was neat and clean. I would have no reservations in recommending him. <br />"

"I asked about termite control and they said it wasn't the time of year and I may not needed it given our elevation. I think they were an honest and credible company. They explained their products to us in case we needed something in the future. The price was fair and I would use them again."

"I was hearing noises in my attic, sounding like something larger than a mouse. Steve Lathrop was one of the three names given to me by the Department of Environmental Protection for licensed wildlife control folks in Manchester. I called him on a Wednesday, and he returned my call within an hour. He could have met me at the house the next day, but I wasn't available until Friday. He arrived promptly on Friday and set about doing a very thorough inspection of the outside of the house (despite it being a rainy, windy day) and the entire inside of the house, especially the attic and basement. He pointed out a few areas that might be susceptible to wildlife entry and made suggestions on how I might close them up most effectively. He identified the most likely entry point for what he suspected to be a squirrel or squirrels at the edge of the porch roof. He recommended setting traps to allow the squirrel(s) to get out but not get back in, and suggested leaving this in place for a few days to make sure all the critters were out before he closed up the hole. <br /> Between the inspection and setting up the traps, he spent about three hours that first day. He returned periodically over the next few days to check on the traps, and then, after a few days, he closed up the hole with some aluminum flashing. He also fixed some other problem areas along the porch roof line to prevent future squirrel problems, working another couple of hours. <br /> Steve Lathrop was very professional. He explained everything he planned to do and how much it would cost in advance. I would definitely use his services again!"
