Since we live out in the country, a chain link fence was even more expensive. I received the quote soon it was vey closed to the ball park quote. The office staff was vey friendly. They are getting very busy but they found a way to put me on the schedule sooner than later. The service guy installed the fence and gate by him self in one day. I was not here my wife informed me he was vey friendly and professional. I am pleased with the craftsmanship. It looks great."

I easily scheduled an appointment for my free estimate where the salesmen answered all of my questions and even managed to save me some money by offering an alternative entry system. "We received several quotes and Deck Pro's was by far the lowest.  We researched them and found that they had good reviews and even though we were a little nervous, we decided to go with them.  One of the main reasons we chose Deck Pro is that when getting quotes, Frank Sr., seemed to be the only one that actually got our vision for the patio and decks.  He drew out an extensive plan and came back on numerous occasions to make sure he had it right.  When building, Frank Sr., came over to check on the progress often.  At one point, the crew laid the foundation for one of the decks but they had placed it too close to our retaining wall.  I went out and told them and without hesitation they removed the boards and placed them in the appropriate place.  They did a beautiful job.  Our crew was awesome.  The deck is absolutely beautiful.  We had a few issues with the boards as the weather turned extremely hot after they installed them but they have come out every time I call them and corrected the problem.  After deck was first built, they came over to deal with a few problems and Frank, Jr. actually found a few aesthetic issues that  we probably would have never noticed.   <br /> I would highly recommend them."

"I thought they were very expensive but they were prompt in getting the job done. My only complaint about them was that I needed them to come back for some problems that arouse after wards, but they didn't know who I was and totally forgot that I ever existed. They never came back for follow up. I have to say that what they built was extraordinarily nice and they didn't need any repair because those fences were out in the weather all the time. If you needed to repair or replace something exactly as they had put on, it was pretty much out of luck. This was twelve years ago and I haven't checked to see if they are still in business. They may have a different attitude now with the economy as what it is. The product itself was very good but the service was not. They did extra things that they didn't have to do which I'd say is going above and beyond. I got what I paid for and they were very timely. They got done in a record amount of time and the crew that was out here were very respectful. Basically I didn't know whether they were there unless I looked out the window. They were extremely punctual and I would recommend them. To get them to come out and replace a couple of slabs was never going to happen. Their explanation to me was that they had to get all the equipments to fix that, which I thought was stupid. If I replace my fence I might use them but if it's something that you expect to go with your house then you need to call somebody else."
