Initially I was frustrated and felt blindsided, but after speaking with Ryan I now understand the situation better. The owner reached out personally, explained the state regulations requiring the removal of the stations, and genuinely apologized for the lack of clear communication. He was incredibly professional and showed true integrity in how he handled the situation. I respect how they made things right and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. This is a company that truly cares about their customers and their reputation."

"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."
