When I finally got time to return his call he was very helpful & professional. He told me he could come in the next few days & that his office would call me to make an appointment, which they did in the next hour or so. The person in the office who called to make our appointment was also very polite, professional & helpful; we made an appointment for 11:00 AM on Wednesday. The company sent a text to confirm the appointment on Tuesday & another reminder on Wednesday morning. "Dax was great not only did he fix my clogged main line causing backup in my house in 20 minutes or so. He gave me multiple pointers on how to fix this if it happened again, letting me know of multiple tools other than just the obvious "snake" that usually fixes clogged drains. Also the price he quoted on the phone was what he charged All though he did state it could get more expensive depending on severity he stayed on the lowest end of the quote and not a dollar more. Highly recommended!"
