"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. I will post some pictures of how our house started and how it is now that they’re done."

"Working with Barclay contradiction was easy an seamless. John is extremely responsive and answered dozens of questions I had before agreeing to start the project to build a deck onto my house. They were able to start within 10 days and the quality of work is amazing. The people working at my house were very nice and reliable. The project was finished in a timely manner and for a reasonable price given how expensive materials are right now. I would definitely use Barclay construction again. What sealed the deal for me was how responsive John was. I’ve gotten used to contractors ignoring calls/texts in this area or just never responding. "I talked to Rich and Joe the first day they came out after my shingles where blown off my roof I really wanted a metal roof but I didn't think I had the money for it as the other estimate from other roofing contractors was pretty high in the end RMS installed me a metal roof cheaper than the others wanted for shingles so of course I hired them and they did a great job and all the guys where very nice and easy to talk to did wonderful work will be hiring them for more work"

The team power washed the side patio above our garage per Gary, the owner's, suggestion. We're grateful Gary suggested removing the old rubber coating on the cement. We ended up finding numerous hairline cracks that were causing water to leak into the basement. After finding the source of the problem, Gabe and Dan returned two weeks later to seal the cracks and paint the patio above the garage with a fresh coat of paint.
