My attic space is kind of a pain to get to and he got covered in insulation but he was super nice about it. It ended up just being a bad mice infestation. He was very thorough in his investigation and looked all around the outside of my home to see any entry points also. I would definitely recommend Lees’s service to anyone having issues with critters and will use them again in the future if needed as I live in a rural area. "

"Michael Lyday was the technician and was very professional and courteous. He set a trap and returned the next morning to find a female raccoon. He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."

"We reached out to Mark for raccoons in our attic. Mark came and quoted $700 including materials, paint and labor. But would not start the work. He kept raising his price. Mark did not honor our time. The most unethical, arrogant and difficult person to work with. I absolutely do NOT recommend. "
