However, The company has caged and removed 5 raccoons to unpopulated farm country. The owner has vowed to complete my request to my satisfaction. "Great job - came out in a timely manner, located and plugged the openings, installed an exit for the bats. When they were gone, he came back, removed the exit and plugged the hole; the multi year guarantee is nice and he already came back when i thought the bats were back (nope, chimney swifts, chimney cap ordered).
