I left a message for an estimate and the voicemail greeting (which also included about rental properties they managed?) said someone would be in touch or the estimate would be done in the next few days. More than a week went by with no contact. It required a second call to get the estimate done in the expected time frame. Then I approved the estimate and was told they would get me on the schedule. Another week or two went by with no contact. I decided to call one day and get an update and was told they would be out that very day to do the work. Just all worked a little haphazardly on the contact and follow-up."
