"They came out promptly and seem to have implemented an effective solution for getting rats under control"

"We have them do the pest control around the house (outside).  They came and spray everywhere outside of the property.  We have an annual contract with them.  They will come every quarter.  We like them because they claimed they use eco friendly pesticide.  No complain as of yet.  They used the internet to sent us the receipt and what service they did.

"Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

"Western Way was very accommodating and willing to negotiate. Their suncontractor, First Class Fumigation that does the actual tenting, showed up on time and got the job done when they said they would. Their clean up and care of the property around the perimeter, leaves a little to be desired. When the video indicates that any vegetation within 18" of your house may be harmed, it will be. And our satellite dish definitely had to be realigned afterwards. Good thing you only have to do this once!"

"Jovany Maldonado does an amazing job has been our pest control agent for several years goes the xtra mile to take care of our pest control needs would highly recommend him and his company"

"Absolute rock star. Came out right away when called and solved a yellow jacket problem. Very friendly. Would highly recommend."

"The rep was very nice, knowledgeable. He found the nest, which wasn't where he or I thought it would be at first. He was very polite and pleasant."

"Had a serious problem with birds taking up residence in eaves of my home. Toxic bird droppings along the entire side of house. Problem resolved."

"This service is worth every penny even though pricey.  They did everything they said they would do and accommodated all my little requests.  They were professional, thorough and cleaned up after they were done.  The warranty is great too.  My attic smells great (for an attic yeah hard to believe) and I feel better knowing nothing will be getting in this winter since we heard scratching going on last winter.  They set traps as a precaution even though there is nothing active going on, so yes very thorough.  I would definitely recommend them for this service, as I could not believe this type of service was even out there.
