After we did our own research we agreed to have him install a UVC light with an additional filter for good measure. We called and he inspected on Tuesday and he was there with the install on Sunday that same week! Amazing. Once the job was complete he tested the system and taught us about it and maintenance procedures. He was kind & patient. The pipe work install was well done and beautiful. He assisted in correcting the issue by resetting the sensor and then standing in the cold and poured hot water on the compressor to ensure that my heat was working before he left.
