The team also carefully inspected all areas around the house to ensure there were no nails or shingle materials on the ground around the house. "I called and left a message for a call back on Sunday and Jessie called me back on that Monday. I found him to be pleasant and very easy to work with. I advised Jessie what the problem was with mine and my tenants roof and I ask him what he thought it would take to repair both sides. He had quoted me a price, but after his assistant had looked at what was needed, he was upfront and advised that it would be more and gave me a bottom line price which I thought was reasonable and fair. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"From the minute we reached out about a roof Inspection and estimate everyone from the home genius team was incredibly polite and professional! "I highly recommend Easter Exteriors! I worked with Chris at Eastern to get my roof replaced. He helped me navigate the process with my insurance company to get the replacement covered by my homeowner’s insurance (which I didn’t even think was something I could do). The roof they installed exceeded the quality of my prior roof and I was given numerous options for colors, with sample boards brought to my house (and left for as long as I needed) to see the color at different times of day and in different light. The material drop-off was smooth as well, even while having to navigate around large trees in front of the house. Roof replacement took only one day from start to finish with NO surprises. Clean-up after was thorough, so much so that the crew manager (David) came back the next day to ensure everything was cleaned up since the project finished just after dark. I could not be happier with the process and would recommend Eastern Exteriors without reservation."

"I cannot say enough about how happy we are with the service and quality that George's Painting provided.  We threw them a couple of curve-balls (unintentionally), which they handled very nicely and with great professionalism.  We purchased composite mouldings, which they had not worked with before and were not comfortable with.  George, Jr. did some quick research and got the information that he needed to be able to install our mouldings.  Their carpenter is very good and the "wood"work looks beautiful. 
The second curve-ball was that we hated the paint color that we'd picked out for the main floor, once we saw it up on the walls.  GP worked with us and fit in additional workers for the second day of painting to repaint what had been painted the prior day, for a very reasonable additional charge.
The work that was done is just immaculate and they were very diligent cleaning up each day.  Both George, Sr. and George, Jr. did a thorough job of assessing the environment and challenges and resolving issues so that the workforce was properly directed, before they left the site.  They were also very accessible during the course of the project and checked in afterward to ensure that there wasn't any touch-up that needed to be done.
All in all, the entire team is friendly, professional, and very talented at what they do.  We have additional painting to be done and we wouldn't even consider using anyone but George's Painting!
