They were running a promo for $49 promo for the 1st visit and $50 per month for 11 months (approximately $600). After the first visit, he told me that he didn't cover a German roaches and I would have to pay an extra $800 on top of what I had already agreed to pay--even though roaches were included in the original contract. His name is Chris and he is a manager for Hawx pest control. He wouldn't compromise or help at all. He just said he would refund my money and walked out. "

No one ever came. Lookout was a no call no show. They are not reliable"
