The other feature that is not fully understood by many is that it is always best to use someone that has only one purpose in mind and that is to get the drain cleaned and inspected and has no reason to up sell you on some repairs or replacement that you don’t need. That why we use them as a plumbing company and recommend them to our valued clients. "I asked for quotes on a small job from five different companies and Randy's was the only one to call me back. We just needed a little work done to update a couple of lines and get them up to code and functional again. The techs also took the time to explain to me what current code is in the industry, which was most welcome. They also noted I had a surge supresor on one panel, but not a sub panel, so we added that in. As an IT guy with a lot of electronics around the house, keeping the numerous devices safe from a power surge is important to me. What the other installers fail to realize is a small job today may lead to bigger jobs down the line. My wife and I plan to rebuild our garage in the next year or two and install a level II charger for an electric vehicle as well as bring the house up to code as we finish remodeling it. The companies that didn't call me back won't even be asked to bid and the work will instead go to Randy's Electric."

Now all the water is flowing through the shower head. Oakly did a excellent job, was friendly, quick and would request again for future projects."

"We had a deep clog in our bathroom sink that was unable to be touched by chemicals or our hand-crank snake.  I called Burkhardt Plumbing primarily due to prices shown on previous reviews and their hours available.  We scheduled an appointment for the next day.  When Chris arrived, he listened to what we'd done to date and got right to work.  He managed to disassemble the trap with no mess, and successfully unclogged our sink with a power snake.  As he was reassembling the trap, he noticed a small hole in the trap and replaced it on the spot for $10 extra (which was also the amount of our Angie's List discount, so it was essentially free).  Chris was very courteous and willing to answer any questions I had.  My only complaint was that he showed up about 20 minutes late to our appointment, but I was able to call him for a progress report and he arrived before his new estimated time.

"It went well. I could have had less work done and saved money but I wanted the kitchen drain system updated so it would drain properly. This should avoid future problems. I called the plumber and was not interested in differing estimates. Randy's was prompt and explained the need to update the drain system to avoid future problems and I agreed. If and when we update plumbing in other parts of the house I  would consider this company for the work."
