We knew we needed a service call but weren't sure what we would be looking at in terms of a repair since our LG washer had completely died. Mr. Charles was extremely prompt and courteous in his communications and it did not take long to get an appointment. When he arrived, his manner and work were very professional. He diagnosed that we needed to replace the control board. We discussed the cost and new vs. refurbished parts. He left me with a quote and knowing that the price was a factor, he even did further research on finding the best price on the parts. In the end, we have decided to abandon the washer repair and get a new one, but I would definitely call Mr. Charles again for other problems."

"It was a excellant service call. I highly recommend D& M Appliance Repair. I was concerned that my washing machine was broken,  because it seemed too loud to me during the spin cycle. Danny came and opened the top and bottom of machine and inspected everything that could be broken. When he opened up the machine. he taught me where most of the problem areas are if something was broken. I actually felt relief when he showed me and it looked fine. I do respect he was honest with me and didn't recommend replacing some unnecessary parts just to sell something. It was during the evening and he was very patient and didn't seem like in a rush to leave. I took a business card and will definitely use then for my other appliance needs.
