"Let me commend Albert Guerra for the service he provided to us in diagnosing and repairing our clogged wash-machine drain pipe. He worked parts of two days to solve the problem. On the second day he arrived with a helper who brought along a high-technology snake camera that they used it to discover a broken-off rubber nozzle that had somehow gotten into the drain pipe and made its way down past a couple of bends, drastically reducing capacity. After asking permission, they removed a small section of the wall and replaced the affected section of pipe. Result: a wash machine that we can again use to launder our clothes and which no longer floods our laundry area and drywall walls or ceilings downstairs. He came exactly on time on the day of the estimate and on the actual day of repair.The repair started from 9:00 am and they finished at 1:30pm without any breaks. I wondered about the quote because my next door neighbor used them as well to repipe his house, which is larger, and his quote was $6500.00.They showed up on time and finished their work as promised. We had water back online at the end of the first day. Their drywall crew showed up on time and did all the repairs as promised. They did good work. I would absolutely use this company again as they saved me money versus a copper repipe. I got a couple of quotes from two other companies and they were a few thousand dollars more. I had a couple of minor concerns that the company would be wise to watch for in the future, such as a small oil stain from one of their trucks that parked on my driveway--no big deal but little things matter. Overall I was please with their work and the quality of their repairs. They even strapped my water heater and placed an access panel on a wall at my request rather than repair the drywall.
