"Very good local merchant, quality carpet and upholstery cleaning all around. This business was able to complete a post flooding cleanup where a basement ceiling collapsed onto the floor and a heirloom couch, leaving plaster, paint, and drywall everywhere. My original insurance co. selected contractor for cleaning this, a well known chain, misled me by denying to do my furniture because he thought it was upholstered in leather. In truth, it was simply microfiber, that plenty of other couches are made of. Ken extremely nice and helpful, demystified this issue for me, & earning my business in the process. They completed a great job with no "alleged" negative effects on the couch, such as the pigment coming off or fabric unraveling, and at a significant cost savings compared to the other guy. Highly recommended for local flooring and upholstery jobs big or small!"

"Phil was great. I found next tenants for one of my apartments much faster then expected and needed to get the carpets cleaned quickly in order to have the apartment ready for their move-in date. He was able to get me into his schedule the next day to ensure that the carpets where clean for the new tenant. The previous tenant left some stains on the carpet and aside from a spot where the color had actually come out of the carpet Phil was able to remove all the stains. Would definitely hire again."
