"This company has gained a loyal customer. A few days ago, I started noticing bug bites all over my body. I wanted to be sure that it wasn’t bed bugs so I started researching exterminators in my area. Almost immediately after I submitted my request on Angi, Alexander contacted me. I expressed my concerns to him and he reassured me that he will come to do an inspection and we will move on from there. He even offered to squeeze me in for the next day. To my surprise, after his inspection it did reveal that I had bed bugs in my apartment. After washing and drying all of my clothes and Alex thoroughly exterminating my apartment, I was free from bed bugs."

"The inspector was polite and friendly, and offered a lot of helpful advice regarding our new home beyond the standard termite inspection. For example, he showed me entry points throughout the home that I should reseal to keep mice out, and named the product I could use as a sealant and gave me guidance as to how to work with it, but also left me with a card in case I didn't want to deal with it myself. This is the best of both worlds for me, because it allows me to make the choice between saving money or saving myself the trouble. He also discussed the construction and certain new home features, and provided multiple photos taken of the home. it was a pleasure working with him.
