"Overall everything went very well. First, there was a mix up in the scheduled time for the service. However, to make up for the scheduling mix up, I was given a free pest control treatment. During the pest control treatment, I mentioned to him about some termite acitivity I noticed recently. After completing the inside and outside pest control treatment, he inspected the area I was concerned about and offered to treat the area. I asked if he was licensed to treat termite and he stated he was but they actually don't do termite treatments or offer termite bonds. I agreed to the treatment without the bond. He showed up on Tuesday as scheduled and showed me the product we discussed and proceeded to perform the treatment. He did one treatment inside the basement garage , drilling and filling in the chemical, then plugging it. He also treated the entire area outside the house. Drilled areas in concrete where needed and dug trench for input of chemical. <br /> Before the treatment date, I researched and quot;termite treatmentand quot; on the internet and after reviewing several videos and articles on the subject I had a pretty good idea of what to expect. <br /> <br /> I was not there the entire time, but I inspected the area the next day. I believe the work was completed as agreed so the payment was made the following day. <br />"

"Critter Control is located in Birmingham. I thought they were very knowledgeable. They were able to quickly identify that it was mice, which we thought were squirrels in our attic. They came and put in some pellets for the mice in our attic and were able to resolve the problem. The work went fine and we are happy with them. Their price was a little expensive. I would use their service in the future if needed."

"After I heard something thrashing about in the chimney box, I called ACE to remove the animal. When Dusty called back, he listened carefully to the problem and laid out the options to catch and remove the animal. When he arrived the next day, he checked our attic to make sure the animal was not in the house, and checked the debris in the fireplace air intake for evidence that the animal had made its home in our chimney box. When it seemed like we'd had a one-time visitor, he cleared out the old bird nest that had been built in the duct and replaced the mesh covering the duct that had been torn away. He said that should it become apparent that the animal was still inside the chimney box or if the new covering was torn away again, he'd put the service fee we paid toward the additional trapping costs. No further noises from the chimney box, no bad smells coming from there either, so it seems like he prevented a return visit from our furry friend."
