"The dispatcher was very professional and friendly. Daniel was my service tech. He arrived on time in a professional uniform and mentioned that he had 16 years of experience. He went under the house to inspect and diagnose the issue. I ended up replacing the cheap Home Depot toilet with a nice TOTO toilet which he had on his truck. He talked to me about my options throughout the process and when he discovered additional issues during the installation, he offered sensible advice instead of trying to push for additional expensive repairs. After the repair/install was completed, he asked if I had any other issues. I showed him my water filter and we investigated the issues with that device. While there, we both noticed it was leaking very slowly. He spent time working to resolve that without charging me any additional fees. Later that day, I noticed that the plastic bolt cover on the toilet seat he installed wouldn't stay down. I am sure I could have stuck a toothpick in there to make it stay, but I decided to call and ask if they could fix it. I felt bad dragging him back out for that, but the dispatcher was polite and said he would be there the next morning to fix it. Daniel came back and replaced the whole toilet seat and didn't seem frustrated about having to return for such a minor issue. He is a real pro. This company has figured it out! Hats off to the owners for finding and keeping great people and for creating a great work culture."

"They did a good job and the workers were great the only issue i have is they didnt install a water shut off even though i had one in the old system and i wasn’t told the price i was given to do the job didnt include one until the end of the job i would have paid extra for it i had to change a water filter since the job was done and i have to go to the street to turn off the water if i have a busted line in winter and the box is covered in ice and snow how will i get the water off this is my only gripe about the work no full disclosure i was in a rush to get it fixed it was leaking bad they should disclosed that when the estimate was done its made me rethink using them in the future"
