"UC Fence left us with a quality white vinyl fence at a fair price, nicely installed, and resolved our very few problems professionally and relatively quickly. Our job consisted of replacing 250 linear feet of falling down wood fence with 3 adjoining neighbors, a somewhat tricky hardscape issue, and the need to contain high-jumping cats. Their Sales Manager, Eric Prien, did an admirable job coordinating things with our neighbors (even one we were having trouble getting on board) including getting their payments for their share of the job, and he also took good care of us throughout the process. His estimate was fair & quickly obtained and he followed up with us a number of times as we moved closer to starting the job. The installation crew was knowledgeable, friendly, capable, on time, and clean up was pretty good. UC Fence is fully insured for liability & W/C and have all the necessary licenses and bonding. As in life, not everything is perfect â and this is especially true when hiring contractors to do a job you care about being done right. I stayed with this company and the guy told me they could put it in front of the old fence. So they saved time and labor plus haul away expense and did not give me much of a discount. "At the onset, the level of effort to remove the hedge was underestimated time wise so it took a day more than at first thought however, the quality of the finished product is amazing. Both my neighbors and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Secondly, the crew that installed (Foreman Johnny, workers Emilio and Duce) were pleasant, professional and about the most polite contractors both my neighbors and I had the pleasure of dealing with. "They responded fairly quickly and followed up until they completed the project. Very professional and gave me an initial estimate over the phone. Continue the process by coming down and checking the property to confirm estimate. I was happy with the estimate and requested to schedule it. On scheduled day they came in and thore down the old fence, constructed the fence and cleaned up on the same day. My neighbor and I were very happy."
