"The Pest Control employee arrived earlier than told. He went to work outside and then inside. He asked questions about were the bug problem was the worst. He was very polite and informative."

"Turns out we had rodents that were like a free buffet to a raccoon who had made a hole in the wood siding of our home. That was the evidence Critter Control found when they came out to give us a free estimate. The salesman, Michael, arrived at our house within the timeframe we had been given by their dispatcher. He located the main entry point where the raccoon had chewed through our wood siding. He explained in detail the steps Critter Control takes to make sure the rodents and raccoon are removed while making sure we would be left with a house free of rodent droppings, a health concern for sure. Their work is covered by a 10 year warranty as well. Once we established that I wanted them to do the work, we scheduled a day and time for their 7 man crew to do the work. Led by their project manager, Alvaro, they arrived right on time and went to work immediately. Some were identifying and repairing potential points of entry for rodents while others were removing the soiled attic insulation with powerful vacuums. Other than to install a motion sensing camera in our attic to monitor the raccoon’s exit from our attic, they set all their equipment up in our yard. There was no inconvenience of them going in and out of the house. They blew in 10 inches of insulation treated with boric acid to serve as a barrier to further infestations. Alvaro said they would likely conclude around 2:00. PM. They actually finished at 2:40 PM. They cleaned up after themselves and you would not have known they had been there. I am confident that they made our house far more rodent proof and cleaner. They did a great job and did it efficiently."

"<strong>Pros</strong>: <em>The Pest Control Technician, Small Business Appeal, Pricing.</em> <br /> <strong>Cons</strong>: Responsiveness to schedule changes, customer service at front office, feedback. <br /> GGA provided sound pest control service for our home over a two year period from 2012-2014. We stopped our service in mid 2014 to save money and see if insects/pests would return. We attempted to restart our service last month (Aug 15) but due to unavailability issues and a customer service rep at the home office that wasn't overly helpful we've decided to use Orkin for our pest control needs. GGA scheduled our first initial service seven days after first contact even though we requested an earlier appointment. For comparison we called Orkin on a Friday afternoon and they came out the next morning. <br /> It is true we had to reschedule the initial visit once due to mis-communication between my wife and I and another time because our son fractured his hand. We understand that is an annoyance but good customer service would mask/hide their feelings and try to accommodate accordingly. Each time the customer service rep could only schedule appointments weeks later and made both my wife and I feel like she was doing us a favor and was bothered by the situation. What was initially a seven day wait for the initial visit became an approximately 10-12 day wait. <br /> There could be many limiting factors on why GGA isn't overly responsive and has a week or two lag time between an appointment request and the actual service. Maybe its the busy season or there aren't enough technicians to provide prompt service. We're a pretty easy family and understand that stuff happens. The actual service they provide at the house is good. We're just disappointed in our customer service experience and how we were treated over the phone. <br /> <br /> <br />"
