"If I could leave zero stars, I would. We installed this in our brand new home and it took over a year to complete (work stopped after they were paid in full). Looks beautiful but leaks every time it rains. Leaks have now damaged inside of home. Phone calls are not answered. Repeated calls for help have been ignored. Today a PANEL FELL OUT and shattered. Thank God no one was underneath. See you in court."

However, we’ve rated this project 3 stars because we had 2 issues with the Bluegrass Company. #1: They claimed that a thorough cleanup would be completed after completing the project, but debris was left behind that caused injury to our dog. #2: The Payment Process that is utilized by BlueGrass does not work and is not reliable. I completed the payment only to have BlueGrass BUG me about the payment. Unfortunately we gave BlueGrass only 3 stars because we had 2 significant issues. The cleanup & payment issue. Otherwise we’re happy with the workmanship of our screened in back deck deck!"

"I have no idea whey this business has so many 5 star reviews, my guess is that they are fake. That said, this is the WORST business I have ever had the displeasure of working with. The owner is a terrible person. I have to dumb this review down quite a bit to communicate to him: didn't return calls in a timely manner, late, his employee was confused on how to do his job, I think he cut corners to save time and money, and finally, the siding looks cheap. I have to contact another home improvement business to fix the terrible work. So, more money down the drain! don't hire him, just don't."
