"Aqua Service Contractors from Addison reponded immediately to my inquiry on Servicemagic. After discussing the problem over the phone the owner gave me an approximate bid based on my description and his initial thoughts on the possible problem. We scheduled an appointment. He was on time, called ahead, analyzed the problem, routed out the main drain of tree roots using the outside cleanout He then showed me the condition of the sewer pipe using his camera, recommended future actions and cleaned up the area. "I am not sure that I go what I wanted. My basement floor is unfinished, and it has a crack in it, so I assumed they  would repair it like the way they repair a crack in a wall, and they didn't. They poured in a crack filler, which runs about 13 Dollars at Home Depot. I don't think it was worth 149 Dollars for a crack filler, and he was here less than 20 minutes. The crack has been filled, but it wasn't what I wanted, and before he did that, he said he would look at the basement and there were 3 cracks but he offered to repair the one on the floor. He could have chosen to repair the crack in the wall for 149 Dollars."
