I called at 11 AM, the plumber did not show up until 4:30 PM. He was supposed to call when he was on his way, but did not. The people I spoke with at the office (Nicholas) were very friendly, but the plumber was not. Overall he completed the job, although it was a very basic and simple problem to fix. UPDATE: I had a new, unrelated problem about a month after this one. I called them on a Saturday morning and left a message; their greeting indicated that they would be getting back with me as soon as possible. I did not receive that return call until the following Monday!

"Jensen was thorough and competent. He first tied a snake which cut though the sludge but didn't remove it. Then he used a water jet which resulted in a great deal of back-up in the furthest bathroom with toilet overflow and much sludge in the bottom of the shower. He then cleared about 2x3 feet of earth above the septic tank (the soil was water-saturated) and that relieved the pressure sufficiently to clear the lines. He cleaned up the overflow in the bathroom and left everything satisfactory. The best guess is that FPL in laying their underground power lines damaged the drain field. I am satisfied with Jensen's work but was surprised at the cost of the water-jet cleaning ($3,200) although I haven't comparative shopped."
