For the inspection special through Angie's List, they didn't just look at where i thought the issue was -- they went in attic, crawl space, and on top of the roof! They checked the chimney caps that were already in place. They patched an area where critters could be getting in, put some mesh around the crawlspace access, and put down baited traps for mice that are safe for kitties and other animals. The traps were a small additional fee. They told me if I heard anymore scratching sounds from the wall to call them -- and if it happens in the next thirty days, any additional treatment is free. Highly recommend!"
