They did a great job and they were very careful to secure the yard from the larger wildlife we have in the preserve behind us. This fall we hired Northland to install a privacy fence that connects to the existing chain link fence and we are very pleased. They were reliable and easy to work with. "Sections of our chain link fence and 2 gates needed to be repaired. Due to settling 2 areas of our fence were leaning and 2 gates wouldn't close because the fence had shifted. We got 3 quotes for repairs. The first 2 companies both said they needed to replace the sections of top rail and posts, along with the gates, which was expensive. Dan said the fence could be adjusted without replacing everything. The project was done soon after he came out to look at it. Dan and his crew got the job done quickly.  A few things were fixed, replaced and the rest was adjusted so that it is straight and the gates latch again. We really appreciate Dan fixing the problems without adding on unnecessary costs and replacing things that didn't need to be replaced. We are very happy with the work and would use Top Line Fence again. "

"After years and years of doing my own invisible fence ,threw my 3 acre heavily wooded yard - the deer wood seem to inevitably bust the wire or the transformer would go out about every 4-5 years ....I finally decided to splurge I talked to Dave and he assured me if I had these breaks with there system they would come out and find and take care of it but there should be way fewer because of the heavy insulated wire -and they have different collars for stubern dogs -and also a large shock range on the transformer panel -so you can get a very customized system for your needs so I cut down on the area I was covering because of cost and installation issues in the woods and we struck a deal - I have now had my system for 4 years and it's great ,the wire is still holding up well ,never had an issue with the transformer . I was a little concerned about battery collars but I only have to change it about every 5 months so $20.00 a year for that ,actually easier than rechargeable collars every 20 days Great System ,super nice people - My yard was large ,so my cost was a little high ,but worth every penny seeing how well it has held up !"

"This is my second time using American Fence. The first was a cedar batton board privacy fence at a rental property I own. The second was brown vinyl chain link and galvanized chain link at my residential home. Overall the installation of both fences was tremendous. Everything went on schedule and in the manner which I was told it would. I was able to purchase both fences at a cost of roughly 10% less than other bids I had recieved. There was a downpayment paid for all material.
Final payment, however, was not given until after completion and a final walk-thru. Upon conclusion my yard was so clean it seemed they had not even been there. I could not have been more satisfied. The owner of the company worked side by side with his employees, always something refreshing to see in my opinion. They were also very helpful and polite toward me and my family.

"Very happy with owner, salesman, and work crew. They rescued me after another contractor started the fence, then walked off the job. They put up most of the fence in the winter, put up temporary fence in the spots that could not be done due to the season, then returned in the spring to finish. They were very considerate of my indecisiveness by making suggestions that would fit my needs. They were very tolerant of, and pleasant to, my two obnoxious dogs. Since the fence has been in place, three different people have stopped to ask me who did the fence, because it looks so nice from the street."
