"Our house is over 120 years old. We hired Allstate Exteriors to replace our roof and reinforce the structure of the roof where there were some weaknesses. Over most of the house, Allstate replaced the shingles with a metal roof. A portion of the roof is flat and Allstate replaced the deteriorating rubber with an improved covering. The roof on the front porch was sagging, so Allstate deconstructed the roof and then rebuilt the roof with proper LVL beams to prevent sagging in the future. The roof over the main part of the house had sagged a bit over the 120+ years. We hired an engineer who recommended the addition of several collar ties and other supports. Allstate understood the engineers instructions and installed the supports. All of the work described above took less than one week. They hauled away all of the debris, and checked the work to ensure that it was done correctly and to contract. All of the people we interacted with were knowledgeable, professional, and polite."

"Hired them to do a shingle roof install on my house and they found out that there was 4 layers of old shingles already on my house!! Crazy! They didn?t charge me a single penny extra to remove all the layers ( there shouldn?t ever be more than 2 layers) and repaired the sheeting underneath then did a great job installing the new roofing! Prompt, professional and knowledgeable!! I don?t normally do reviews but nowadays it?s rare when a contractor goes above and beyond to ensure that their customer is satisfied and taken care of properly!
